This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by offering 5 monsters on your side of the field as Tributes, or by the effect of "Imperial Dragon Summoning". This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the total Level Stars of all the Monsters in your Graveyard x 100. This card is not affected by your opponents Spell Cards, Trap Cards, or Monster effects.

By paying 8000 Life Points, you can Special Summon "Giga Dragon, Imperial Lord of the Skies" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. "Giga Dragon, Imperial Lord of the Skies" cannot attack during the turn this card is activated.

lv 12 still seems a bit too high for merely X 100 via 5 monsters tributed, and you could just say this card is not affected by your opponent's card effects, instead of writing out spell cards, traps cards, and monster effects.

Pic is very well done, I'm just a little unsure about how high of an atk/def this card would usually get, since the effect is not impressive enough to compensate for a low attack, and that means this card would need at least 3500ish atk or something, and that would mean tributing like 5 lv7 monsters or something like that

OCG fix:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by send 5 monsters you control to the Graveyard., or by the effect of "Imperial Dragon Summoning". This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined Level of all monsters in your Graveyard x100. This card is unaffected by Spell, Trap, or Monster Card Effects."

"Pay 8000 Life Points during your Main Phase 1. You can Special Summon 1 "Giga Dragon, Imperial Lord of the Skies" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard in Attack Position. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn."

The card seems fairly unplayable to me, mostly because paying 8000 Life Points is not possible most of the time.
