Normal monsters doesn't do that, they just attack... thats wat my necromancer is, when not using any spell cards or trap cards he can just attack or defend... Yep, the cards will come to life at night and eat your family. I think you need to actually play Yu-Gi-Oh before you can make cards. Effect monsters have effects that help a player in the duel, while Normal Monsters have flavour text, which is just there for fun.
