Nice artwork. Few OCG errors here and there - nothing too bad. "Destiny of the Wind" needs to be rechecked - it gains 'Destiny Counters', but says that you remove 'Spell Counters' to get its effect. Balance is good.

the only problem with your new card is that the pic is a little blurry (probably the holo), and you put the stars on the wrong end of the card

NICE dark synchro! But I was wondering since you put a , after the Damage Step, I don't think Once is capitalized. Unless its a period.
