the only thing bad about the card is that it has 3000 def for lv6. You should lower it just a little bit

Wow. Very nice. I love the plant stuff (I REALLY like Seira). Most of it is very well balanced.

There seem to be a couple of OPed cards: Blackwing Sera, the feather summoner; at first glance it seems okay but I think I could really break this (if Dark Strike fighter didn’t exist it would be fine). Also I think silent wonder should be once per turn (unlimited summons can be potentially nasty- why do you think Ultimate Offering is at one?).

OCG;

1. Fortune Lady Narturey: The last line seems muddled. Should it be “Once Per turn, you can tribute 1 face-up "Fortune Lady" monster you control to increase the ATK of this card by an amount equal to the level of the tributed monster x 500 until the End Phase.

2. When you talk about level it should be “or lower”. I notice you did this on a couple of cards but not on others.

 

Otherwise really good work. Wonderful art and cool effects. 9.5/10
