Divine cards should just like other Card Attributes be allowed on the Realistic Card section, because you can make them realistic and not broken. On the other side I understand the others since the Divine Beasts are not legal, although I would not see why they would not become limited, since they absolutely have no effect, except for that new Oblisk print.
