not sure why you called it serpent tongue in its name, doesn't seem to fit it

 

even with the 1000 atk boost, 2000 atk is too low for lv8, I'd start its atk with somewhere between 1500-2000 atk instead, and not 1000

Hmm. But that could be OP with its end effect. Maybe Ill just lower it's star level.

Doesn't look very serpent-ish but oh well. Good balanced effect. Except i don't know if anyone uses Insect Queen spare a very few amount of insect duelists. 9/10

I'd lower it to 5 or 6, since 2000 is weak for lv6 as well
