Perhaps change this t a fiend type though it looks more like a fiend then undead. Also improper wording and OCG errors like your first sentence if you cant normal summon it then you need to state how to get it on the field and also with that second sentence you need to say "This card can only be special summoned by tributing (blank) monsters" because right now you cant even summon it or give it attack points. He seems to be a tad bit OP'd, Mainly because you can pay 2000 to use the effect twice and hope for a Monster and a Spell/Trap, which will leave your opponent defenseless against a card that has 2000 ATK, so your opponent takes 2000 LP and then the opponent will have one turn to protect his/herself from this ultimate threat. Four stars can't beat it, so they are basically destroyed is they cant find a Trap/Magic to kill it in time.
