Namo™ Posted July 23, 2009 Report Share Posted July 23, 2009 On Neo Magician LV9 you might want to add "Ignoring summoning conditions" becuase preety much LV5 cancels out LV9 because LV cant be Special summoned without tributing LV3! So add that and its great 9/10um, what? xDu summon lvl 3. then when hes destroyed u can add 1 lv5 to ur hand. then u can summon lv 3 again and tribute him right after to summon lv5. then if u have lv9 in ur hand, u can tribute lv5 to summon lv9.i dont see a problem xD EDIT: ooh, i see what u mean now. u mean when lv9 is removed from play, and u special summon lv5 with his eff, to negate summoning conditions. kk, thx, ill fix that.
