Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. Monsters you control cannot declare an attack this turn. You must also skip your next Draw Phase. Rain Of Ice Lore: This card can only be activated when you control 3 face-up WATER monsters. Destroy all monsters on the field and inflict damage to each player's Life Points equal to half the total ATK of each player's destroyed monsters.
