" You can tribute this card and every "Nightmare Web Token" on your side of the field to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Fiend or Insect-Type monster from your hand." Because you only need 1 Web Token out to special summon a powerful Fiend or Insect monster. You should modify the effect along these lines. "You can tribute this card and 2 "Nightmare Web Token" on your side of the field to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Fiend or Insect-Type monster from your hand."
