Effect: I saw your water warrior monsters before, so... it's a card that can fit well in the Deck, but I'll not play it in one of my Decks, unless if your cards are existing! ^_^Image and Name: Crystal Ball = Nature? 0o? Good card, I see nothing wrong with the image and I rather like it, the OCG is alright but your missing a few "s"s in places.
