Luke walks out of his room "That's not good, not good at all... they're makng us do end of year progress tests..." he sighs "25 marks... 10 multiple choice, 12 general... and a 3 mark long answer... honestly, can this year get any worse..." he heads down to the beach

Chris let out a small giggle. "Well aren't you two just as sweet as chocolate cake?" he said and watched the scene between Joana and Athrun. He smiled towards them almost looking encouraging. He couldn't help it, he had a soft spot for loving quarells. Not the ones with name-callings and slapping. But the ones like these.

Garnet had done too much tampering, and with one wrong move in Ryu's mind, the dark thoughts came down like a flood in the wasteland."What the...." he began running, as fast as possible to avoid the dark water, but as he ran, a Vortex appeared under him and he fell into darkness."Okay...even Garnet can't do that....." it was a dark alleyway, but as he came out the skies look torn and the smell of death loomed everywhere. "he held his breath as he saw the dead figures all had been Impaled on dark spikes, it took a minute for him to notice who was on the spikes, himself, all of them gone, as if it were some cruel irony he was gazing upon his own mortality, then down the long street he saw the culprit, with one arm in the shape of a razor and one large black wing he recognized him instantly, Vortex Ryu, without saying a word his doppelganger appeared in front of him."you're next" was all he said as everything went dark. Ryu woke up back in the real world screaming

donald hears everyone talking about the tests that are happening he thinks " well i`m clever so i will not do that bad "

[~Kefka~]

"Hey my little neice. What you up too?" Damion had seen the two and decided to make his way over. He hadn't seen her or Athrun in a while.

[Naimo]

"Oh bugger!" said Garnet. She found something odd; why was Ryu like that? The vortex hole was meant to be nothing more than just a harmless illusion .... her protection spells had failed her for some reason ...

 

Suddenly there was a flash and a Knight appeared before Ryu. Immediately worry crossed Garnet's mind; how was Ryu going to cope in a duel against the Fear Knight??

[Negimalevolent]

He hears the scream "...Garnet..." he sighs and runs off to find the source, when he gets there he stands composed "Ok garnet, what the hell did you do?"

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

Ryu gets back up." dang...that was one hell of a show..." he gets up a little woozy."ow.....I fell harder than I thought." he says with his eyes still closed. but he can sense the knight..." I see...."

[Naimo]

"Ryu, we've got to talk about what just happened later, but right now you'll have to duel..." She bit her lip as she finished.

(OOC: is garnet and that ryu fella at the same table as me, athrun and joanna? Just making sure ;))

 

Chris pulled out his deck and started shuffling it, as he usually did when he had nothing better to do. It was a wierd way to pass time, but whatever, it kept him occupied with something. As he sat there shuffling through his deck he started to think about what deck to build next. His oppression deck was good and all, but he wanted an alternative.

Another person suddenly appeared at the table, calling to Joanna as his niece. He nodded to him and then went back to his mind boggeling about what he was going to build next.

(OOC: we never followed you in to the canteen, we stayed outside)

"so...this was the plan....not bad..." he brought out a duel disk and placed his deck inside, his eyes still closed." you go first."

[Naimo]

The Knight said nothing as he drew. "I play Zombie World, and I'll use Field Barrier to protect it. Now I set a monster, set a card and end."

"What the heck is that thing?" asked Damion. "He hadn't noticed the Knights before so he wasn't sure what was going on at the current time.

he sighs "Hello? Anyone hear me? Oh well... I suppose that don't matter, I'll just hope Ryu wins this..."

donald was watching his first duel at the academy " hope its going to be a good one "

" I draw....hmm, haven't used this deck in a while, but against you, it's perfect. I set a card then I summon The Six Samurai Kamon., I end...." he did the whole move blind.

[Master Red]

(OOC: ok ^^')

 

"Hm? What thing?" Asked Chris, following the gaze of the person that appeared to be Joannas Uncle. His eyes grew wide when he noticed the knight. "What the...!? What the hell is that!?" He half rose from his seat, unsure of whether to sit back or run and hide.

[Naimo]

(OOC: yay, the Six Samurai are back! ^^)

 

Garnet looked amazed as the Fear Knight drew. Ryu could play blindly??

 

"I play my Red Eyes Black Chick, and use its effect for the mighty Red Eyes Black Dragon! Now attack his Kamon! I end my turn."

 

Fear - 4000

Ryu - 3100

[~Kefka~]

"It's another knight!" he said getting up. "Come on we gotta....." suddenly Joanna pulled him down by the blazer.

 

"No you don't!"

 

"What?! But we have to help...." Joanna shook her head.

 

"You need to study. Besides this is Ryu's duel not your's. He'll be fine, don't worry. Now sit down or you'll regret it." she said menecingly and Athrun obeyed.

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"My face-down scrap-Iron! I lose nothing and Kamon is safe...too bad..."

[Master Red]

"Knight?" Chris reluctantly let his gaze slip from the knight back to Athrun and Joanna. "What do you mean Knight?" He sat back down again, feeling a bit anxious over what this whole knight business was and if this Ryu guy would be ok. That knight thing looked like seriously bad news. He nervously flipped up the top card of his deck, "Messenger of Peace" he mumbled.

[Naimo]

The Knight said nothing as his turn remained the same. Garnet gently nudged Ryu to indicate it was his go.

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"All right, here I go, now then I draw! I set a card and I summon the Six Samurai Zanji! I activate Kamon's effect to destroy field barrier,now I special Summon Great Shogun Shien! Shien! attack the dragon!"

[Naimo]

"Not so fast, I reveal Threatening Roar. Now you can't attack this turn." Garnet watched as the card was activated.
