Athrun got out of the woods and began to walk towards the academy. He suddenly began to think about his father. "Dad...." he thought to himself. "I'm sorry...this feels like it's all my fault."

[Naimo]

"No, we're not going to-" She thought she heard a clanging of metal. "Looks like a Knight has appeared." She teleported herself and Luke to where Athrun was, and found the Regret Knight ready to duel.

 

(OOC: super, you take control of the Regret Knight :D)

OOC: Yeah ok, I've got good strategies ready for it

 

"Well, maybe our plan's going to be un-necesary garnet, I think we're looking at the target... Be careful Athrun, this knight looks realy tough" The knight draws "I start with my foolish burial, with it I'll send blue eye's White dragon to the grave and then resurect it with monster reborn, next I play double summon, and set a monster and sacrifice it, to set another one, i play a face down and end"

Chris staggered up to his feet and walked over to the windows facing towards the entance of the academy campus and the beach. "huh?" he exclaimed and took a closer look at the scene taking form by the entrance. Could it be? He swallowed, he was sure of it, it was another one of those knight thingies. Two in a day? "They really start to pop up all over the place don't they?" he mumbled to himself. But who was it dueling? He couldn't really see who it was, but it sure looked like... "Athrun!" he yelled, stepping away from the window and starting to run down the stairs.

"Athrun was a part of this too?" he thought to himself, starting down the corridor of the second floor to get to the next set of stairs.

--holy sh!t knightness!!!!!

 

Athrun drew his card. "You want a peice of me? Then here i come! First i'll activate Pot of greed." he drew twice. "Then i'll place a monster face down anlong with 3 cards. I'm done there."

theb knight draws "I activate my face down Heavy Storm, next I flip my Guardian Sphinx face up and it's effect sends your monster back to your hand, next my monsters attack and i win"

Luke looks on in amazement "Talk about power..."

--(points) my pointing finger says nay!!!

 

"I'll activate my facedown Waboku to negate the damage i would take." he said revealing Waboku. "So you're not beating me this turn."

[Master Red]

The short distance between the entrance to the main building and the gates had never seemed so long. He hoped that Athrun was ok, he didn't know what those knight would do if they won. The knight vanished when it had lost, would that mean that Athrun would.. no he couldn't! He shook the thought away and quickly made his way to the duel and L..something guy. He was taking deep breaths, the run had taken a tore on him, but he couldn't miss this. he needed to know what these knights where and why they were appearing out of no where, challengeing students!

"not so fast, I activate my Demise of the Weak spell!"

 

Knight: 2000

Athrun: 0000

[Master Red]

His eyes grew wide, If Athrun couldn't counter he'd loose!

"Please Athrun, counter this card.. please" he thought, and clenched his fists tight, causing his arms to tremble. "Please" he whispered.

[~Kefka~]

--AJ utilized and mastered the OTK, Athrun would be damned if he lost the same way!

 

"Ngh! I activate my second trap card. My Dark Bribe! This will negate you quick play spell card and destroy it, but now you get to draw a card." he said.

The knight draws again "oh, look at that, another one" he shows another Demise of the Weaklings, too bad for you"

[Master Red]

Chris was just about to relax, but then the knight activated another one of those cards! "Oh, no!" He watched Athruns last face-down. "Please, let it be of use to him" he sent a silent prayer to.. well he didn't know who or what h sent it to, but it didn't matter. As long as it kept Athrun safe.

Luke looks at the new kid a little strange "that kid's a little.... no... not a little, just wierd... very wierd"

[~Kefka~]

Athrun smirked. "You wish. Final trap go! Drastic Drop Off! Now you have to discard it."

[Negimalevolent]

"grr.... fine" he sends it to the rave "You got lucky this time, but next turn you're doomed kid!"

[~Kefka~]

Athrun drew. "Whew! Dodged that bullet." he thought and drew. "I'll activate my Brain Controll spell." he pays 800 LP and take Blue Eyes.

 

Athrun: 3200

Regret Knight: 4000

 

"I've always wanted to say this, Blue Eyes! Attack his monster with White Lightning!" the blast shatters Gaurdian Sphinx. "I'll throw a monster in defense along with a facedown card." Blue Eyes returns to the knights field. "Show me what u got big guy!"

[Negimalevolent]

"i activate my premature burial to bring back the sphinx, use it's efect to flip it face down, and flip it face up again to activate it's effect, returning your monster to our hand, now my monsters will attack directly to win"

 

knight: 3200

Athrun: 0000 again

Athrun looked at his facedown. "You're getting annoying! Go Mirror Force! Now both your monsters are destroyed." he said watching Blue eyes and the shpinx explode.

[Master Red]

(Ooc: haha, wierd huh?)

 

He nodded slightly, relived that Athrun was still in the game. He did'nt want to know what would happen he Athruns life points would hit 0.

- come on, you can beat this guy.

OOC: You didn't have to lose, but I can't make it too easy now can I? :P

"...No... Athrun!" Luke calls "Don't give up!"

"How the hell am i supposed this beat this guy if i can't get my material to synchro summon out?" he thought. "There has to be a way around this." he said.

"Humph... go on..." The knight says realising he's open with no cards "I end"

Luke suddenly notices that if this carrys on, Athrun will win

[~Kefka~]

He drew. "This works. I'll summon Speed Warrior in attack mode. (800) Then i'll activate his effect and double his attack for this turn! (1600) Speed Warrior, take it away!" The monster delieved a kick to the knight and lowered his LP even futher.

 

Athrun: 3200

Knight: 1800

 

"I'll place down 1 more card and end."

 

--we have to continue tomorrow, i'm gonna be late for work
