As long as this card is face-up on the field, you can negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card and destroy it. If you do, reduce the ATK and DEF of this card by 400 points. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every "Dark Magician", "Dark Magician Girl", and "Magician of Black Chaos" is either player's Graveyard. It's now quite OP' considering that this card can now gain more ATK for those monsters required to have this card gain ATK and DEF. In either?
