The pic is blurry, make sure an image is full size when you save it for use. Lastly the effect is a little over powered. Bengal Posted July 24, 2009 Report Share Posted July 24, 2009 OCG fix: "Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Deck or Graveyard. If you do, this card cannot attack." Also capitalize the first letter of each word in the name and for the type. As mentioned, the image is a bit blurry, and it is a bit overpowered.
