I can't read it![/b]His effect says:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.It must be Special Summoned by using the Spell Card "Black Heart Power Gem."This also gain 300 extra Attack and Defence Points for each card on the field but if this card gains 1500 or more Attack and Defence this card can attack your opponent directly if you choose to do this Draw 1 card for each card on the field.
