I like it. The pic is a bit overused but the effect is useful and creative. OCG is good. And the name matches. Great Job. 9.5/10

Cleaned up your effect a bit.

 

This card would be overpowered in a remove from play deck. That's pretty much it.

Errors:

monster = card

removing 2 = removing from play 2

every = each

remainds = is face-up,

a counter trap card = Counter Trap Cards.

The "As long this card remains.." is not needed but is alright too. For the card, it is pretty OP. Removing 2 monsters you control from play to SS this card is nothing, because it gains 100 ATK for each card removed :shock:. Pretty OP in D.D. Decks. The last sentence of the effect is alright.

But you do know, under the Miscellaneous Rules section of the Realistic Card Rules, it does state by Icy:

Just as long as not just an OCG fix. Heck, Icy doesn't really watch these threads closely, so you can usually slide by it, but it's a good thing to be safe anyway.
