Usually counters (tokens are fake monsters that have certain conditions about them, like usually they cant be used for tribute summons) accumulate in some way, either by the monsters own effect or another card. Might I suggest saying the when he is summoned and when you summon another "Band of Seven" he gets 1 counter added to him, and when he gets three of them you remove em' to deal direct damage? I glanced through this round (as it's late for me) and I will review with greater scrutiny later.
