Printing Cards for Real makes the text blurry

Hi, When ever I print the cards to the exact size using the toturials here my text goes blurry and bad. Its not my Epson SX600FW printer because when I try to shrink it on Photoshop or Fireworks CS4 it blurs as well on Word 2007 and Publisher 2007. What can I do to make a perfect fake. Also when printing my card the colour isn't quite right is there any adjustments I could do. I dont want to do shinies or rares or anything jut commons. Here is one of the cards I want to do if you can adjust it to the right size and optimize it to print accuratly coloured please repost the new image with a toturial fully explaining it.

well i now how to solve the color problem. get a new printer cartridge or it is calibrated properly. for the tet blur it is just how YCM generates there cards and there is nothing you can do about that than write the effect on a piece of papaer and read from there. hope it helps

I can print mine near perfect with a laser printer and a gloss paper.
