When your opponent has more cards in his / her hand then you you can draw until you have an equal amount of cards in your hand than your opponent. Each time your opponent activates 1 Normal Spell or Trap Card you can discard 1 Spell or Trap card from your hand to Negate the effect and end the Battle Phase.

in the card maker section, click on the card, a link should appear, copy and paste it to the page when you edit or start a new page. And then it will appear
