This card can only be Special Summoned by returning 5 Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard to your Deck. You Deck is than shuffled. Once per turn, you can return up to 2 Machine-Type monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck. Your Deck is than shuffled. During the turn you activate this effect you cannot conduct your Battle Phase or activate another monster effect. Once per turn, discard 2 Spell or Trap cards in your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard. A monster Summoned by this effect cannot attack, be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon, and its effect is negated until the 2nd End Phase after this effect' activate. Decks are than shuffled. During the turn you activate this effect this card cannot attack. If this card would be returned back to the owner's hand by a card effect it is returned to the owner's deck instead. If this card was returned to the Deck by this effect pay 500 Life Pionts to Special Summon 1 "War Unit CY-599 The Returner" from your Deck. f this card is Special Summoned by this effect you cannot Tribute Summon until your next End Phase.
