If this card is succesfully Special Summoned, Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned draw 3 cards. If any of the cards are 4 Star or lower monsters remove them from play. In 3 turns randomly select 1 of the monsters removed from play and Special Summon it to the field, During the Battle Phase the turn it is summoned you must attack every monster your opponent controls with that monster. If the monster is destroyed during that Battle Phase a result of battle increase the ATK of this card by how much ATK the monster destroyed has.

When this card is succesfully Summoned, draw 3 cards. If any of the cards are 4 Star or lower monsters, remove them from play. Once per turn, randomly select one monster Removed From Play by this effect and Special Summon it to the field, During the Battle Phase of the turn a monster is Special Summoned by this effect, all monsters you control must attack. If an opponent's monster is destroyed by battle, increase the ATK of this card equal to the destroyed monsters original attack.

I think that should fix it.

The card is crazy OP

Uh. That changes the effect. I want the monster that is special summoned by this card to purposely be destroyed by an opponent's monster then increase the ATK with the destroyed monster. That the idea, and the draw back of there being a chance whether the monster is destroyed or not.
