XxVenxX
The darwin and Vanilla kernels mac operating systems [newer ones anyway] use are just not simply dense enough to have that great of security in comparison to other unix/linux kernels. However the kernels are easily adaptable and will easily be fixed with patches to the base system. Gotta love unix :D And regarding Ovechkin Rocks post All operating systems patch and update. It happens, in the background half of the time in mac osx if you watch the terminal closely. All OS's have security breaches and viruses...but some are more secure then others Windows being on the bottom for security, right there with ReactOSMacosx being in the middle with very little to worry about since it uses a unix core which was rewritten with proprietary code. And linux, which in comparison is most definitely the most secure..which is why military intelligence uses linux boxes to process and store data :)

XxVenxX
i mean PACTH sercurity updates Yes, all OS's patch security updates..this wouldn't be the first time that apple has patched something there security testers or people at security forums have found >_>.. You know they pay people to hack there systems so they can find security holes and patch them, be it SSL sockets or a simple exploit through java. I know because one of my closest friend has a career doing it.
