That can just ruin the card's stats. BTW if you use the fixed ATK DEF, you must change the effect. BTW, what the Point of the effect. Cant you just change that card's ATK and DEF to 2000. theres no point of that effect. Basically each battle phase it ATK is halved. I dont understand. is that suppose to be like the blindness of the Mangekyo. If not plz PM what the meaning of the effect is.
