While the effort was valiant, the result was mediocre. As for the effect, it's totally solid, and I assume you own the pic, so kudos for not ripping off someone else's. 9.2/10. Over all I like the idea though8/10. It would be at least a limited card though (imagine a deck made of crappy cards with three of these in it, geeze!).
