well..it still is OP'd..

 

look at the Dark Elf..(1000 Life Points for 2000 ATK)

and these are 2200 ATK .. increase the ATK till its 3000 is possible with every card...

 

The idea needs work..

the 2000 LP pay balances out the attack factor, though 1000 LP to boost its atk by 800 is a bit small
