"As long as this card is on the Field, increase the Attack and Defense for all DARK monsters with less than 1500 Attack and Defense points on the Field by 300. At the end of every Battle Phase, decrease every DARK monsters' Attack and Defense by 100."I'm doubt this is absolutely correct, but its more legible than the card.O.K. effect.
