thecross
This card can not be normal summoned. This monster can not be special summoned, except by the effect of the Ritual spell "Rise of the Magic". As long as this card is on the field, every turn special summon 1 level 6 or higher Spellcaster-type monster (Ignoring summoning conditions). This monster can not be normal summoned. This monster can not be special summoned, except by removing 2 Spellcaster-type monsters from play. Once per turn you can remove from play 1 Spellcaster-type monster from play to destroy one of your opponent's spell or trap cards. For every Spellcaster-type removed from play, this card gains an extra 500 attack and defense.
ragnarok1945
For God of Magic you don't have to say it can't be normal summoned, ritual monsters can never be normal summoned anyway Specially summoning a lv6 or higher spellcaster and bypassing the summoning conditions is WAY too powerful of an effect 6/
