few OCG errors

revised version of Serenity Mecha Angel's effect: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing 2 machine type monsters and one fairy type monster to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed as the result of battle you may bring back 1 lvl 4 or lower machine monster from the graveyard and place it in your hand.

When this card is destroyed and send to the Graveyard from your hand, you can return 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard to your hand.
