This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 LIGHT Dragon-Type monsters, or by its own effect. Once per turn, you can Tribute this face-up monster to Special Summon 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to the field in Attack Position. A monster Special Summoned by this card's effect has its ATK reduced by half and can attack your opponent directly. During your next Standby Phase, by paying 1000 Life Points, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. This card's effect is negated until the End Phase of a turn it was Special Summoned by its own effect. During your End Phase, if you control another face-up LIGHT Dragon-Type monster, you can reduce the Level of this card to 4 and it becomes a Tuner monster.

 

 

 

 

I made this card a long time ago, but hopefully it's a good card. I fixed some OCG on this card, and I'm hoping it moves me up to the next round. =]

Thanks for the compliment. Frankly I just like it for the picture. I can understand if the effect isn't exactly, mercy me, material. I just love making cards and instead of posting them, attempt to show them off in contest. Any compliments I get are greatly appreciated, cause they make me feel accomplished, so once again, thank you. Your cards nice too. You'll definately make it to the next Round. =]

Here is mine...

This card cannot be Normal Summuned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned accept by Tributing 3 Dragon Type monsters on your side of the field. Once per turn you may pay 2000 Life Points, and send 1 Dragon Type monster from your Hand to the Graveyard to destroy all face-up monsters on your opponents side of the field with an ATK equal or less then the ATK of the sent monster.

[spoiler=The Effect]This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 2 Spell Cards from your hand to the Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for each Spell Card in your Graveyard. As long as this card remains face-up, negate the activation of Spell Cards on your side of the field. Each time a Spell Card's activation is negated, put 1 Negation Counter on this card. During the turn you removed 3 Negation Counters from this card, negate the effect of all effect cards on your opponent's field until your opponent's next Main Phase. You can use this card's effect during either player's turn. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon it to your field by removing from play 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard during your next Standby Phase.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 card from your Hand to send this card from your side of the field to your Deck and shuffle it. Then Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your Hand or Deck to your side of the field. When this card is used for a Synchro Summon, you can remove this card from play to return all other Synchro Material monsters to your Deck and shuffle it.

This card can only be activated when your Life Points are 3000 or more. When this card is activated, Special Summon 2 "Hazardous Flame" Tokens (Pyro-Type/FIRE/Level 1/0 ATK/ 0 DEF). The Tokens cannot be released for Advanced Summon. When a Token is destroyed, destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the Field. This card is destroyed once both Tokens are destroyed by Battle.

This card can not be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned successfully you can select 1 Machine-type monster on the Field. This card gains the same ATK and DEF of the selected monster. When the selected monster is destroyed flip a coin' date=' this cards effect becomes the result:
