Well, you shouldn't take advice from me (mainly because I'm younger than you) but if you truly like her, you should build up some courage (like Xander said) to ask her, not caring what your friends think, etc.

 

And if you rejects you (which hopefully doesn't happen) well ask if you can be friends at least and if she gets to know you, she might change her mind.

 

If she stops talking to you, well, she's probably embarrased that you like her and should deal with it because blushing and hiding never solved anything apart from helping people get depressed due to rejection. Then, just confront her with nobody around and ask why.
