Try 5 stars for the first and 8 for the other. Also the cards have fake types. I'm not sure what type the 1st should be but the second could be fiend.Change " When Satan destroys a monster" to "If this card destroys a monster".Btw i think that effect is Op'd (overpowered), and you can put a better description for the clown.Try making it an effect type as well.
