Your price range determines what members of the group will fill your order. Obviously, higher prices mean you will get a better tag. Members of the team may deny your order, and if no one in your price range will make the tag, then your order will be denied, and you will be asked to change your price range, or submit a different order. Many other sites use the point system or something similar, and with sigs of that quality, they can range from 100 - 1000. I've seen it on many other sites.
