Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on your side of the field, you can equip it to any face-up monster as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, Increse the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 3000 points. the equipped monster is un-effected by your Opponent's Spell, Trap, and monster effects. And if the equipped monster attacks, with an ATK higher then the DEF of your Opponent's defence position monster, inflict the difference as battle damage to your Opponent's Lifepoints. While this card is an Equip Spell card, this card cannot be removed from the field.

Activate only when your Opponent activates a card effect. Release 1 "Millennium" Normal monster you control, and negate the activation and effect of your Opponent's card effect, and destroy it. The Opponent takes 1500 points of damage.
