Posted August 15, 2009 Report Share Posted August 15, 2009 it's 20$ per person, they give you a promo card, 5 packs of the new booster, and you play in a tourney using just the cards you get in the new booster. the deck only has to be 20 cards because of the fact you only get 45 to choose from.
