(Overpowered) Maybe change the effect to something like this?: Activate only when your opponent Normal Summons a DARK monster. Pay 700 Life Points. Destroy all face-up DARK monsters on your opponent's side of the field. I dunno. That's my opinion. 6/10 + 1.5/10 for being new, 7.5/10. Meh.
