This card looks like Monster Reborn to me. Morphtronic Celfon and Substitoad both run circles around this. Tributing for a Special Summon != Tributing for a Tribute Summon, condition averted. Free Monster Reborn for Celfon to start bringing stuff up? YEAYUHZ. I love it. I can't think of many Level 4 monsters that care about battling on their own, so the battle immunity is cool. Lightsworns could do some damage with it, too. I dunno. I'm not in the greatest of rating moods, so I look to relativity as a secondary grading scale. 7/10.
