This set is based off a fan-fiction project a friend and I were working on. (In reality, this is a 4th edition (at least 4th) remake from 2004) The set has been made using the original OCG rarity ratio from 80-card Yu-Gi-Oh! booster sets, and all cards have been set to Limited, Semi-Limited, or Unlimited.

 

The set itself is not meant to follow some special effect theme, the effects are based as close as possible to the abiities of the story's characters.

 

Credit for all pictures are as follows:

 

-005-008, 060 were acquired on http://www.dukenostalgia.com/mnd/index.htm.

-051 was found from an unknown source on www.photobucket.com, and then rendered, then I manually added background.

-029-031, 040-042, 050 were self-edited from original card arts.

-001-004, 010-028, 033-039, 043, 045-046, 048-049, 052-054, 058-059, 061-068, 072, 077-078, 080 were from unknown sources on www.photobucket.com.

-009, 032, 044, 055-057, 076 were hand drawn... um, 7+ years ago and scanned.

-047 was photoshopped from official art.

-069-071, 073, 079 was screencapped from episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.

-074-075 was screencapped from episodes of Rockman.EXE Stream.

NOTE: "Sp. Summon is used as an abbreviation for "Special Summon".

CYB5-EN 001 Eclipse Dragon

DARK / Dragon / Level 8

ATK 3000 / DEF 2500

When destroyed, destroy “Darkness Aura”. When this card deals Battle Damage, you can choose to consider it as Effect Damage. If this card has been properly Summoned, pay 1000 LP to Sp. Summon this card from your Graveyard on your Main Phase.

If you control a face-up “Darkness Aura”, you can Sp. Summon this card from your hand by Tributing 1 “Eclipse” monster.

Sp. Summon this card only with its effect. This card is also FIRE. If destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while you control a face-up “Darkness Aura”, you can pay 500 LP to Sp. Summon it from your Graveyard on your End Phase.

Twice per turn, on your Main Phase, you can select 1 card on the field and flip 2 coins. If at least 1 is Heads, destroy the selected card. If you activate this card’s effect, this card can’t attack. If you control a face-up “Darkness Aura”, this card can still attack if you only used this card’s effect once this turn.

This card is also Fiend-Type. If you control a DARK monster, you can reveal this card in your hand to your opponent to make this card a Level 6 monster for the turn. When this card attacks a monster, you can choose to switch it to Defense mode. This card deals Piercing Damage.

This card is also Rock-Type. When this card attacks, destroy both monsters involved in the battle (damage calculation is not applied.) If destroyed by a card effect, deal 800 damage to the player that destroyed it.

This card is also WIND and Thunder-Type. When this card attacks, you can equip 1 “Shockstorm” card from your Graveyard to this card. If “Lightning Hyren” is on the field, you can switch the targets of “Shockstorm” Equip Spells to another proper target.

This card can’t be attacked if you control other “Angel” monsters. Once per turn, you can send 1 Spell/Trap card from your Deck to your Graveyard to increase ATK of an “Angel” monster you control other than “Angel Princess” by 500. When this card is destroyed, you can send 1 Spell/Trap card from your Graveyard to your Deck, then draw 1 card.

When you send/discard cards from the top of your Deck to your Graveyard, you can look at the card(s), shuffle any or all into your Deck, then send the # of cards shuffled into your Deck from the top to the Graveyard.

If this card has been properly Summoned, pay 1000 LP to Sp. Summon this card from your Graveyard on your Main Phase and then you can Set 1 "Darkness Aura" from your Graveyard. If this card declares an attack on an opponent’s monster, you can negate its effect for the turn.

When Synchro Summoned, this card gains 200 ATK for each DARK monster on the field. When this card destroys a monster by battle or an opponent’s monster is destroyed by a card effect, that monster’s effects are negated this turn.

Half of these aren't Pop Culture.

 

Tell that to the people who complained about another set I made just like this where half of it was pop culture, and they said it had to go here. *YAWN* They just need some other area to put this stuff.
