Ghost Ryder
Effect:This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 2 LIGHT monsters you control. By sending 1 card you control to the Graveyard, send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If the sent monster is a LIGHT monster, you can pay 700 Life Points to add it to your hand. If it is a DARK monster, your opponent can Special Summon 1 DARK monster from their respective Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. Haven't made a card for some days on YCM, so this should be ok.R/H/C Just do one of those 3 :)
Archwing
Cool but one thing- Shouldnt a Lightning goddess be a thunder type?
Ghost Ryder
Yeah. I thought so. I wasn't sure though, I'll just change it since someone did agree with "unsure" type.
Bengal
Good card, the image isn't the greatest but I like the effect. I don't see why you wouldn't Special Summon this card, since Normal Summoning it is the same cost. A pretty playable card, nothing too special though. 8.5/
Kacuga
The pic is sweet and ocg is good but a little unbalanced. 9.5/

ragnarok1945
The special summoning and normal summon have the exact same cost, you should have made the special summon cost different 9/
Nicreaper
Well, at least you didn't try and get people to come look at it by going "OMG AWSOME CARD!!! GODDESS OF LIGHTNING!!!1111!!!" or "this card is awsome and cool."
Ghost Ryder
That's totally noobish and only naughty newbies like doing that.
Vailan
Very useful if the opponent has many Light monsters :).The card's strength is also balanced. You made a good one :D.
MujinTengu
I'll pick R/H/C(>>>> 7.9/10 (7)....(7)
OMGAKITTY
Pic is too zoomed out from the figure, I dun liek it. :/ lol, you'd really screw yourself with this card if you played someone who ran a DARK deck XD I'm kind of meh on the effect...I personally think the cost and risk outweigh the gain. Unless your opponent only runs LIGHT cards. Then this would be pretty lol. Not bad. When I saw the title, I actually thought this might be a member card for Strawberry XD
Ghost Ryder
Thanks. But I dun feel liek making a card better than "meh", I dun feel liek it.
