The whole concept is suposed to be "mix & match".

And the monsters are suposed to be like battery/magnet-esque.

Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, you can add 1 "Power Plus" or "Power Minus" monster from your deck to your hand, instead of conducting your Draw Phase this turn. Once per turn, As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon 1 more "Power Plus" or "Power Minus" monster.

Select 1 "Power Plus" monster you control and 1 "Power Minus" monster you control to activate this card. The origional "Power Plus" monster's name is now treated as "Power Minus", and the origional "Power Minus" monster's name is now treated as "Power Plus".

 

Twin-Magnen -Spell-

Shuffle 1 "Power Plus" and 1 "Power Minus" monster from your hand back into your deck. Draw 3 cards.

 

Power Omega -Spell-

Remove from play 4 "Power Plus" or 4 "Power Minus" monsters in your Graveyard with different Attributes to activate this card. Send all cards on your Opponent's side of the field, and in his/her hand to his/her Graveyard.

 

Grand Plus -Equip Spell-

This card can only be equipped to a "Power Plus" monster, and only if you have 6 different "Power Minus" monsters in your Graveyard with different Attributes. Increse the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 3000 points. If the equipped monster attacks, with an ATK higher then DEF of the Opponent's Defence Position monster, Inflict the difference as Battle damage to your Opponent's Lifepoints. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove 1 "Power Plus" monster in your Graveyard instead.

 

Plus over Minus -Trap-

Release 1 "Power Minus" monster you control. Increse the ATK of 1 face-up monster by 1000 points.

 

Fusion Pair -Trap-

Send 1 "Power Plus" and 1 "Power Minus" monster from your deck to your Graveyard with the same Attribute. Each player draws 2 cards.

 

Minus over Plus -Trap-

Release 1 "Power Minus" monster you control. the ATK of all face-up monsters your Opponent controls are reduced by 800 points.

 

Power Break -Counter Trap-

Release 1 "Power Plus" and "Power Minus" monster you control of the same Attribute. Negate the activation and effect of a Spell, Trap, or monster effect your Opponent controls, and Remove it from play. Remove from play all copies of the negated card on your Opponent's side of the field, in his/her hand, and in his/her deck.
