This is primarily based off of the Exodd starter deck but with cards to improve how it plays greatly. The way I play it is to stall the game whilst slowly swarming the field with low-level/high defence monsters that destroy their monsters or send them back to their hands to give my monsters a clear field to attack. Give me your opinions.

Essentially, when i play, i generally wipe out the monsters on their field by using the flip-down monsters effects, whilst using lots of spells/traps that stop attacks or attackign so they don't get destroyed or flipped face up by their monsters. Then when their field is clear is attack and then go back down into defence mode so things such as lightning vortex don't work to clear my field. I use Giant rat for my deck searcher as their isn't any specific card i usually need, which i would say is a plus in my deck as it doesn't matter if some cards are destroyed, but i then do also sometimes use Exodd for a trump card. The only time i genereally will use him is if i've exhausted most of my ways to destroy cards such as Gravity bind or level limit - area B(name right?) and then can still do damage to them by simple flipping. And As my deck essentially stalls via high defence monsters and attack/spell stopping (Traps are the weakness :/) i use needle worms to destroy their deck so if it comes to ending via deck out because they've managed to exhaust almost all of my cards, then i can still win by them decking out first. but reccomend some improvements :)

OK, before I say anything, I think there was a decktype called "PACMAN" that did something similar, try looking that up.

Also, since you asked, Level Limit Area - B has the dash placed between the Area and the B. It makes a little sense because of the existence of Level Limit Area - A.

Now, onto the actual fixes:

most decks will simply break through with regular effect destruction. As almost every deck runs Red Dragon Archfiend, I'd say to add stuff like Bottomless Trap Hole. Actually, I'd redo the whole trap line-up to simply:

1x Gravity Bind

3x Threatening Roar

3x Thunder of Ruler

3x A Feint Plan

1x Call of the Haunted

1x Return from the Different Dimension

2x Continuous Destruction Punch

Actually, that's too many traps, but you get the idea. Also, note that the leaked banlist for September has Monster Reborn banned and Call of the Haunted Limited, so put Call of the Haunted in at that time. You monsters going face-down will free them from Call's effect while keeping Call out, so its only use after you flip the monster down is to either bounce it, destroy it yourself, or watch the enemy summon Trap Eater on you.

With that in mind, you should have a spell line-up along these lines:

3x Hand Destruction

1x Giant Trunade

1x Heavy Storm

3x Fissure

1x Smashing Ground

3x Hammer Shot

1x Card Destruction

Hand and Card Destruction is to actually give you drawpower, while keeping the milling element you mentioned.

As for the monsters, something like the following should work:

3x Golem Sentry

2x Needle Worm

2x Flip Flop Frog

1x Guardian Sphinx

2x Des Lacooda

1x Sangan

2x Medusa Worm

3x Giant Rat

1x Gaia Plate the Earth Giant

Note that this isn't a list, it's just some ideas. This decktype can't win very easily.
