My deposit of unrelated cards

Recommended Posts

Been a long time ever since I posted Written Cards.
Chrazisen, Paladin of Doubt

2460/1834

Level 5

WATER Attribute

Warrior/Effect

When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, select 1 card that shares one of the words in the name of that monster other than "the", "a", or "of" and remove it from play. Once per turn, you can look at your opponent's deck and hand. If 5 of them share a word in their names other than "the", "a", or "of", discard 2 cards from your hand and remove those 5 cards and the top card of your opponent's deck from play.

Phantom Speed Eater

?/?

Level 4

LIGHT Attribute

Metal/Fiend/Synchro/Effect

If this card is in your Extra Deck, once per turn, you can reduce the Level of a monster by 1. That monster cannot be used as a Synchro Material except for the Synchro Summon of this card. When this card is Summoned, remove all Speed Counters from the field. This card's ATK and DEF become the number of Speed Counters removed x 400. As long as this card is on the field, negate the effects of "Speed World", all "Speed Spell" cards, and effects that allow your opponent to remove cards from their decks (drawing or otherwise).

Emergency Speed Eater

1680/?

Level 4

LIGHT Attribute

Metal/Fiend/Chain/Effect

You can chain the Chain Summoning of this card to the effect of a "Speed Spell" card or an effect that removes a card from the opponent's deck. Negate the effect of the card and remove it from play, remove all Speed Counters on the field, and Chain Summon this card from your Extra Deck. This card's DEF is equal to the number of Speed Counters removed by this card's effect times 456. This card can attack directly. During the End Phase of a turn in which this card attacked directly by its own effect, send this card to the Extra Deck. You do not receive Battle Damage in battles involving this card.

Speed Eater Volt Phoenix

2834/6

Level 7

LIGHT Attribute

Winged Beast/Thunder/Fusion/Effect

1 monster + 1 monster

This card is treated as a Metal-type monster. This card can be Fusion Summoned by sending its Fusion Materials to the Graveyard from either side of the field. If one of this card's Fusion materials was a monster your opponent controls, halve the ATK and DEF of this card. When this card is Summoned, if a "Speed World" card is on the field, place 12 Speed Counters on it. As long as this card is on the field, neither player can remove Speed Counters on the field as payment for a cost. When a "Speed Spell" card is activated by your opponent, double the ATK and DEF of this card. When you activate a "Speed Spell" card, you lose 2000 Life Points, and this card's ATK and DEF become 100.
Raptor Speed Eater

2100/0

Level 4

WIND Attribute

Winged Beast/Metal/Tuner

This creature is one of the "Speed Eaters," a group of swift fighters that destroy the essence of a Turbo Duel. These creatures would've been banned from the world of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, but that's the same universe that sealed away the Cyberdarks and banned Gate Blocker, so there's actually nothing to worry about.

Deck Speed Eater

1747/1039

Level 4

LIGHT Attribute

Metal/Winged Beast/Tuner

This card is treated as a Fiend-type monster. Once per turn, you can look at the top 3 cards of both players' decks. Special Summon any "Speed Eater" monsters you can find to your side of the field, and send the rest to the Graveyard. If one of the Special Summoned monsters was a "Raptor Speed Eater", then draw 1 card.

Deck Destruction Speed Eater

2837/2639

Level 7

WIND Attribute

Metal/Winged Beast/Charge

This card is treated as a Fiend-type monster. Whenever a "Speed Spell" is activated or a "Speed Eater" monster is Special Summoned, place 1 counter on this card and 1 Speed Counter on a "Speed World" card. If there are 5 counters on this card, you can Charge Summon this monster to your side of the field. When this card is Summoned, remove all Speed Counters on the field and draw 1 card for each Speed Counter. Up to 5 cards can be drawn by this card's effect.

Fier, Paladin of Fear

2034/1093

Level 5

LIGHT Attribute

Warrior/Effect

Once per turn, you can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total Level of all monsters you control x 200. During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can select one monster your opponent controls. That monster must attack this monster this turn. (If it is in Defense Position, change its position to Attack Position before it attacks.) If this card is selected as an attack target, you can inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points for each monster your opponent controls, and negate the attacks of all other monsters your opponent controls for the rest of your opponent's turn.
Belias the Gigas

2280/1120

Level 5

FIRE Attribute

Beast/Effect

When this card is attacked by a WATER monster, double the ATK of the WATER monster during damage calculation only. When this card is attacked by a FIRE monster, negate the attack and increase your Life Points equal to the ATK of the FIRE monster. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to inflict 2000 damage to your opponent's Life Points and to multiply this card's ATK by 1.5.

Cockroach Bumper

0/1950

Level 4

EARTH Attribute

Insect/Effect

Twice per turn, you can switch this card's ATK and DEF points. When this card battles, destroy the other monster after damage calculation. Battle Damage inflicted to your Life Points is dealt to your opponent instead. Once per turn, you can select one monster your opponent controls. That monster must attack this card on your opponent's Battle Phase.
Speed Eater Goomba

1020/10

Level 3

WIND Attribute

Beast/Effect

If this card is summoned, remove all Speed Counters from the field, and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Speed Counter removed. If this card is destroyed, both players gain 4 Speed Counters. As long as this card is on the field or in the Graveyard, "Speed Spell" cards cannot be activated.

Chaotic Ultima

Quick-Play Spell

This card can only be activated during its owner's End Phase. Destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field, halve the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field, and halve both players' Life Points.

Speed Eater Chaotic Ultima

?/2527

Level 6

WATER Attribute

Winged Beast/Metal/Ritual/Effect

You can destroy 1 "Speed Eater" monster to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points. You can remove 1 Speed Counter to inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card is destroyed, remove all Speed Counters and destroy all cards on the field, and both players discard all cards from their hands. The owner of this card skips their next turn.

Speed Drain Gate

Ritual Spell

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Speed Eater" Ritual monsters from your Deck or graveyard. You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 6 or more from the field or your hand.

Speed Eater Draw

Continuous Spell

When Speed Counters are removed, draw 1 card. If there are no Speed Counters, destroy this card and draw 1 card.

I like this guys effect but, I can't fully understand it. You need to clarify on where you're selecting the card from in the first effect. And the second effect is really broken. Each turn you can look at your opponent's hand and deck? Make it when he's summoned and raise the cost, then we have a deal.

7/10 on Doubt guy. I can't judge the others, because I'm not a speed duelist.

I'm fairly sure that looking at the opponent's hand and deck isn't a big deal.

True' date=' but that's what makes the game somewhat balanced.

[b']If nobody (at least in their right mind) uses it, it might as well be out of the game.

Anyway, I like Warrior of Doubt. It's just, being able to potentially removed 5 cards in my opponent's deck from play is pretty broken, and the 2 card discard doesn't alleviate the guilt.

T'is an archetype killer. If your opponent uses an archetype, they get punished for it. I'm not sure if you're balancing the conditions and cost with the effect. Say, you might say a card with "You can only activate this card if you have 99999 Life Points. You win the Duel." as it's card text might be overpowered. Okay, that's probably an exaggeration, but you get the idea.

Pretty much if it destroys a "Dark" monster, the opponent is insta-death'd

I <3 it
