Once per turn, you can select 1 card from your Deck, and add it to your hand. Once per turn, when this card is to be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, it is not. I'm thinking that changing the color might look a bit strange, as it's supposed to be in a dark environment. @worm: Thanks, but I've looked at some cards on yugioh wikia, and I don't think that's right, although you are closer on the last part than I was, which I am going to fix now.
