These cards make it work: Spare LoaderContinuous SpellWhenever you activate "Reload", you may draw 1 extra card after it resolves. You can return this face-up card to your Deck to draw 1 card. Rapid LoaderEARTHLevel: 4[Rock/Effect]This card gains 500 ATK or DEF each time you activate "Reload". When this card is sent from the hand or field to the Graveyard, shuffle it into your Deck and draw 1 card.ATK/ 1000DEF/ 1700 Reload SoldierEARTHLevel: 4[Rock/Effect]This card cannot attack unless your return 2 cards from your hand to your Deck. When this attacking card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, draw 2 cards.ATK/ 2000DEF/ 700 Reload DefenderEARTHLevel: 4[Rock/Effect]Once per turn, you can return your entire hand to your Deck and shuffle, then draw the same number of cards. This is treated as activating "Reload".ATK/ 1000DEF/ 2200 Mallet's MasonEARTHLevel: 4[Machine/Effect]Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to shuffle any number of cards from your hand into your Deck, then draw the same number of cards. Then, add 1 "Magical Mallet" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. This effect is treated as activating "Magical Mallet".ATK/ 1700DEF/ 1700 Mallet BlasterEARTHLevel: 4[Machine/Effect]Each time you activate "Magical Mallet", inflict 500 damage to your opponent. You can remove Shuffle Counters from this card to actiavte the proper effect based on the number of counters:-2: Draw 1 card.-4: Destroy 1 card on the field.-6: Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent-8: Draw 2 cards.-10: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls.-12: Destroy all cards your opponent controls. Auto LoaderContinuous SpellThis face-up card's name is treated as "Reload". During each player's Standby Phase, select 2 random cards from the turn player's hand and shuffle them back into their owner's Deck. That player then draws 2 cards. Drop LoaderNormal TrapActivate only when a player draws a card(s) with a card effect. That player shuffles their deck, and you draw 2 cards. You can only activate 1 "Drop Loader" per turn. But Reload shouldn't be a card that a set focuses on, there is Magical Mallet, and it's much better, and I could find way more monster names that could go with the Magical Mallet theme.
