Keeneye47
i love reading and writing books. i'm writing one now Ok, it's about a kid name Sho a-Fong (he's 14) who is one day dragged to this different world. soon he finds out that he is apart of a big prophecy. So he adventures around looking for the 4 mages orbs. The story will not only change Sho, but also change the fate of the world he's in title: The legend of Sho a-fong: journey of the swordsman fantasy/fiction. -Berserker-
Try not making it very generic. Sometimes, that kind of books can become very boring. Good luck.
Felix Culpa
Sounds sorta boring, no offense. But all of these seem... um generic, for lack of a better word...
OMGAKITTY
Its incredibly generic. That doesn't matter though. Plenty of good authors can take a terribly generic setting (lets say...DRAGONS, for example), and weave it into something unique and amazing. Felix Culpa
Yes, but now by adding weird hybrid animals, you take it past the normal point of distortion and pretty much made it Chinese Harry Potter.

Felix Culpa
I try to vear away from Fantasy/Sci-Fi with my books. Normally historical fiction, or just fantasy. Most fall under historical fiction though.

Dark
First, look at your writing on YCM. Now, look at your writing on this book. See any similarities? Fix that.
