When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 card to add 1 "Arcana Force" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you Summon an "Arcana Force" monster during the turn this card's effect is activated, gain Life Points equal to its Level x300. But when your opponent activates the Spell/Trap during their turn, how are you supposed to summon for the lp gain? Unless there's a strategy I'm missing. For example, if this card was in the Graveyard, and you activate Premature Burial or something, you must have 3 cards in your hand. Unless of course the card says "ignoring summoning conditions."
