Except after learning about Zeus being his father, Kratos then strikes Zeus. He tells him that he will kill Zeus unless he becomes the new God of Olympus. Zeus agrees this wish and grants Kratos the god of all gods. After this, Kratos revives Athena and Zeus, telling Zeus that he will still be the god of lightning and he shall become the god of war and all of gods. Athena and Zeus thank him for sparing their lives. Soon, Kratos begins to realise the burdens of being head honcho and starts slacking a bit, favoring war over other gods decisions. And through war, Kratos favors the Spartans. The Spartans then win all of the wars and soon, with his help, take over the world. Athena is displeased and tries to start a rebellion against Kratos to try and make Zeus the ruler of olympus once again. She unleashes the Titans from there slumber, but seeing as the gods overthrew the titans, they thought this was their chance at revenge. The Titans knocked away Athena and broke loose. A war is starting. Whose side will you be on.
