Normally they will post a code underneath the product so you can put it in your sig. If they don't post a code, upload the picture onto TinyPic or Imageshack or something then copy and paste the code to where you want to post it . eg. sig, post. Thereis no option to comment a person, but it is an option to to give "reputation points" (but use them wisely if you give them wrong it can cost you your life (lol); BTW you can give only 3 per day).
