☆ Master Sami ☆
I vote for Javier. Flandre your card is horribly OPed, especially with that effect that if you discard a Monster, you can summon 1 DARK monster.....ANY LEVEL! Though Javier's card wasn't perfect, he used very old OCG, I mean cmon who uses the "while this card is face-up on your side of the field" nowadays?! It should be "as long as you control this face-up card" My Vote => Javier.

Big Bad Pennar
@ Bassa: Can you at LEAST Provide a reason please, until then, your Vote won't count Javier: 1Me:
Pikachu
Flandre Scarlet had some OCG errors, but they were very minor. A bit OP too. Javier's 'When this card is Summoned (including Normal Summoned and Special Summoned)' was unnecessary. So.....Javier wins this time.
Zektor
i dont like javiers picture it has a white BG plus his is a little OPed flandre has 1 or 2 OCG errors probally flandre scarlet
Admiral Tim
flandre scarlet's card is over powered, javier soto gets my vote.
Big Bad Pennar
@ Majortim: How Exactly? I'll still add your Vote Javier: 3Me:
Admiral Tim
the graveyard basicly isn't a graveyard anymore, it's a place where your most powereful cards are resummoned to the field, with this card you don't need strategy you can rush head on know whatever card you play it can always come back. Big Bad Pennar
*Facepalms* Then you don't know the card as a Whole, It has Limits and Side effects, Pros: Beatstick, VERY Toolboxy EffectCons: No Field nor hand advantage when Summoned, Keeps your hand Empty unless you run Traps, Special Summons using him has Restrictions(It has to be Defense position and it's effect is negated), Effect is 99% Luck, Hard to Summon? ~LunaticTouhou~
Both cards have some grammer issues like in Javiers card: "including Normal Summoned and Special Summoned". It should be "including Normal Summon and Special Summon". Also to make Your Card (I mean Flandre) more fair change the "4 DARK" to "3 DARK". Also change "a DARK monster" to "a level 4 or lower DARK monster." It's pretty much a tie but my opinion, I think Flandre should win.
darth010894
i vote for flandre- hes rightthe card is not over-powered, since although it can special summon a monster from the graveyard its effects are negated, AND its in defense posistion, stopping it from attacking for one turn. Its effect also means that you have no hand and no backup if the card is destroyed. PLUS, you wont have so many dark monster in the graveyard becuase you have to remove 4 from to to special summon the card. BUT obviously it has its upsides like the potential of its effect and high atk power.Javiers card is horribly overpowered if you think about it, if you played it in your first turn you could discard a card from your hand and BAM, all of a sudden hes got some 8-star killer-card on the field with destruction in its name. Javiers card also has a white background :(
Big Bad Pennar
@ Darth: Thanks for saying what i was trying to say, but you forgot 1 disadvantage, each of the Discard effects relies on Luck.... [spoiler=Off-topic:]I keep thinking that he has something like this in his Created cards Lion of Destruction[Earth/Beast/8/2700/1200]If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Destruction" Monster, Destroy all cards your opponent controls Javier: 3Me:
Jolta
You have my vote Flandre-san. Why?Better pictureReasonable effect.
Admiral Tim
so what just make sure you got a powereful monster on the field and then it's basiclly oh i use my powereful spell trap and monster combo, darn there dead, oh i bring it back! see it makes it immpossible for the opponent to use counter abbilitiys on your cards!i vote for flandre- shes rightthe card is not over-powered' date=' since although it can special summon a monster from the graveyard its effects are negated, AND its in defense posistion, stopping it from attacking for one turn. Its effect also means that you have no hand and no backup if the card is destroyed. PLUS, you wont have so many dark monster in the graveyard becuase you have to remove 4 from to to special summon the card. Javiers card also has a white background :([/quote']\ still who needs back up from your hand! just bring back a spell or trap! who cares if you need 4 darks in your grave yard! it has 3500 and a awsome abbility!!!!!!!!Javier's is not overpowered because it says as long as this card is on the field, if you look at the stats it has 300 Atk, come on! most cards can destroy it with a bat of an eyelash, dude from what you just said you confirmed that you are a noob and always will be a noob in my books. you don't know the diffence between a god like card and a well balanced one!!!!!
darth010894
@ mojortim: errr.......who cares if it has 300 atk? first turn it has potential to bring out a huge monster, and then your opponent may destroy javiers card with something thats got like 1900 atk. Big deal, you lose 1600, but you have a huge creature. its overpowered, and yes, we've already established that flandres has a great ability but with some drawbacks.....geez u dont need to PM me with hate mail for stating an opinion

Jolta
I WOULD post EVENTUALLY.... Let's look at the card's effects... I find a leetle wrong in Flandre's card, I don't think we use "*". But everything else is fine... So, I'll still go with Flandre. And Flandre's a boy!

Milk-Chan
Javier Soto has a more balanced card. Flandre Scarlet's card is high in ATK/DEF with a great effect to boot. And OCG doesn't fly with me; I kinda like the dated stuff. Vote => Javier Soto
Jolta
I voted for Flandre in zeh polls... However I would prefer Flandre's card to be Spellcaster... But that's your opinion.
