Serene Eternity
Hello. As many of you will have noticed, one of my favorite types is Machine. I have decided to make 2 new archtypes that are Machine Types. I hope that they will spread. This means that I dont mind if others want to make cards under the title "Cyber Name of dinosaur shortenedatron" as long as you give me credit for the Archtype. Where as I would prefer that the "Steam Mechanic" Archtype sticks with me. Thank you and I hope you enjoy them. I will be using this thread as a base for these two archtypes.Hello. As many of you will have noticed, one of my favorite types is Machine. I have decided to make 2 new archtypes that are Machine Types. I hope that they will spread. This means that I dont mind if others want to make cards under the title "Cyber Name of dinosaur shortened [spoiler=Cyber Dinotrons]Cyber T-RexatronEffect: This card is also treated as a Dinosaur-Type monster. If this is the only card you control, you can Special Summon 1 "Cyber Dinotron" monster. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, you can select 1 face-down card your opponent controls. As long as this card is face-up on the field, the selected card cannot be flipped face-up. [spoiler=Steam Mechanics]Steam Mechanic - XXLEffect: 1 Machine-Type Tuner monster + 1 or more MAchine-Type non-Tuner monstersThis card cannot be Special Summoned. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can pay 500 Life Points and have this card lose 500 ATK to keep it on the field. When this cards ATK reaches 0, this card is destroyed. I am not sure about the "OCG" of this card so please check. All advice is accepted.

Chex
Hmm I'm a bit unsure if it's possible to have a monster (I'm referring to your Steam Mechanic - XXL) that has it's ATK dropped down all the way to 100 ATK and then use its effect to negate a card and destroy itself...the reason why I say this is because Light and Darkness Dragon can only lose 500 ATK and DEF until it can't lose the FULL 500 ATK and 500 DEF anymore, hence saying that since LaD Dragon only has 2800 ATK and 2400 DEF and if it negates everything up to when it only has 800 ATK 400 DEF it can't negate anymore since it doesnt have enough DEF (500 DEF is required) so i'm unsure if that effect for Steam Mechanic - XXL will work. Also I don't think 1 star suits a monster that starts out with 2600 ATK; it would be better off with 7 or 8 stars. Cyber T-Rexatron is fair as long as the Cybertron mosters you make aren't going to be cheap high hitters or monsters that have pretty cheap effects. Overall, you did a good job. 8.5/
